Events coming up and matters for prayer

Feel free to come along and also, if you pray, ask God to bless the events.

Youth Club – Friday 1st May

Youth Club is happening on Friday1st May from 7-9pm. All young people of secondary school age are welcome to come along. This week we'll be going up Folly Hill if the weather is good. Meet at the Chapel.

Prayer First
Please join us when you can on a Monday morning at 8am in the chapel, to start the week with half an hour's prayer for the local community and the ministry of FBC.

This week please pray for:

  1. Caeli and the young people's work.
  2.  The work of the Mustard Seed shop and the Foodbank
  3.  Those who go to Care & Share
  4.  Simon Harrison and his Baptism service on 10th May

Christian Aid week

Christian Aid week takes place in May. Last year we had a produce stall at church following a Sunday service, with donations supporting the charity.
On May 17th We will be doing the same again this year so if you have any spare plants, jams, chutneys, craft items, etc. please save them for our stall.

Annual and Church Members' Meeting – Thursday 21st May

These meetings will be held on Thursday 21st May.  As well as celebrating what God has been doing in and through FBC over the last year, we will be holding elections for Elders and Deacons, who together constitute the Church Leadership Team.
